Parents and Tot's aged 2 1/2 to 4 yrs old will enjoy fun and energetic Hip-Hop moves together.
(Ages 5 to 9) Classes will teach students repetitive basic hip hop steps, counts, rhythm, stretching and basic stepping.
(Ages 10 to 17) Dancers will bust a move learning combination movements, counts, routines and basic stepping. This class is similar to our Beginners class.
(Ages 6 to 17) Our free flowing form of contemporary dance using the entire body and aspects of classic ballet.
(Ages 5 to 17) Dancers will work on body balance, spin technique, stretching, core strength and flexibility. This class will incorporate basic ballet, yoga and modern dance aspects. No shoes required. Good for variety dancers and cheerleaders.
(Ages 6 to 17) Dancers will learn basic technique, combinations and vocabulary. Dancers must wear tights, ballet shoes and a leotard to class.

(Ages 18 and up) – Parents workout classes are based month to month so check back soon for when we will have a class. 60 minute class. Parents will enjoy a good workout, learn all the latest dances moves, basic Hip-Hop steps and rhythm, all to bust a sweat and get your body moving. No dance experience required. Small children welcome to sit in if you have no sitter.
